In this TEDxUniversityofNicosia talk, Stelios Anastasiades, a veteran adman, describes the seismic changes occurring in the dynamic field of advertising in a digital world. In 1990, Telia & Pavla became the first agency in Cyprus to align with a worldwide network (BBDO Worldwide). The Hybrid Alliance brought together six specialized agencies under one roof, supporting one another through synergies, sharing costs, exchanging services and maintaining a talent and service level that is arguably better than that of the pre-crisis days. CEO of the award-winning advertising agency Telia & Pavla/BBDO and founder of the Hybrid Advertising Alliance. Stelios is also the Chairman of the Cyprus Communication Agencies Association (SDEK).
