Het satirische nieuwsprogramma Dit Was het Nieuws blikt terug op de ruim acht jaar bij AvroTros. In 1996 begon het bij de Tros, en in 2010 verhuisde het naar RTL 4. In 2017 kwam het weer terug op het oude nest, inmiddels omgedoopt tot AvroTros.
